STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS     COVID-19

KAMPALA - This year's State of the Nation Address was a scientific affair. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, it was conducted in two separate venues - Parliament and State House.

In her communication, Speaker Rebecca Kadaga briefed the president on Parliament's performance during the 4th session of the 10th Parliament. She said Parliament had performed well, compared to last year.

Due to COVID-19, Kadaga said the working hours of Parliament had been greatly affected by the restrictive measures, including curfew.
