Why has UNRA ignored Seeta-Namugongo Road?

One such road is the Seeta-Namugongo road.

This is a very important access road that, if given due attention, would help reduce traffic jams on the Jinja highway.

This is a major road used by pilgrims to Namugongo every year but nobody has valued it! It would have been a priority road for tarmacking but it does not feature anywhere as one of those planned for tarmacking.

I am actually told that one of UNRA’s project engineers stays in this area. If so, what has he done as a resident of that area who is in authority?

Is it also true that those in authority have always sabotaged plans for its tarmacking because money for its periodic maintenance would stop coming so they would miss out? I hope that is not the case!
