The episcopal vicar of Kampala who is also the parish priest of Christ the King Church, was speaking during mass to mark the 10th anniversary of the Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) executive members –– Leo Kabunga, Kenneth Matovu, Francis Batte Jr and Peter Ekarot. They died in a motor accident in Lugazi in 2001.
Other USPA members who died over this period and before were also remembered at the mass.
