Evalyne Kyalisiima, alias Mutesi, a resident of Kaasangalabi, in Mukono district, is nine months pregnant.

She is among the Mukono-Kikko market vendors, who complied with the presidential directive to spend the nights at their workplaces so as to limit their contacts with others, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the country.

She says her husband was caught up in the lockdown while he had gone to Masaka district.

She is optimistic that when the labour pains begin, she will easily link up with the police patrol team to pick her from the market and take her to the medical facility for delivery.
