Will Katsha De Bank replace Rich Gang?

"Expect cash flows and bottles on spenders' party at Club Guvnors in December," rants the South African based Katsha De Bank who has threatened to challenge the Rich Gang this December.

Rich Gang was the group that used to make Kampala swim in booze and money, making slay queens worship them. The group included Ivan Ssemwanga (RIP) Ed Cheune and King Lawrence. After the death of Semwanga and with cases hanging on the other two in South Africa, there was a vacuum.

Now Shafique Katumba aka Katsha De Bank, a renowned South African based socialite is threatening to fill the void come this Christmas, but what will he do that Rich Gang did not do?

Will he satisfy the hungry money hunters who will storm the club expecting to pick free money in a night? Katsha is not known much on the socialite list and he is trying to make a grand entry.

Since Katsha's Limousine broke down and spent days at Club Guvnor, he has not been in the limelight.
