Rally: Kateete dares Arthur Blick

Rally driver Abdul Kateete has vowed to give Arthur Blick Jr a run for his money during the "Shake Down" after the final round of the Mountain Dew National Motocross Championship in Garuga.
 
Kateete during a press briefing at Uganda Olympic Committee said his car (Subaru N14) is in good shape and he is ready to avenge the Hoima defeat.
 
"When we rolled in second last section of the Total Kabalega Rally in Hoima, we were beating all crews including Blick and Omar, but we are going to use the Garuga Sprint to avenge that defeat," Kateete said.

The organisers of the final round of Motocross Speedway Motorsport Club (SMOC) invited the top 10 rally drivers on the national rally championship standings to race in a  double circuit after the motocross championship.
 
Blick is second on the national rally championship standings and will use the event as a build-up to the final rally in Kapeeka at the end of the month.
 
Over 70 riders are expected for motocross grand finale that will also be a build-up for riders preparing for the second and final round of FIM Central Africa Motocross Championship (FIMCAC) in Nairobi next month.
 
The event co-sponsored by Mountain Dew, Shell Advance, Ntende Finance, and Urban Tv will decide the champions in the MX50cc junior, 50cc, MX65cc and MX125cc ladies classes respectively.
