IN PICTURES: Monday traffic frustration

The traffic this Monday evening has forced motorists to disrespect traffic rules. The traffic that started at 5:15pm saw a number of motorists leave their lanes to join lanes meant for other users. The most affected routes are Lugogo by pass, Nakawa and Spear. Photos by Ramadhan Abbey
