Relocation of stages in the Old Taxi Park

KCCA relocated some stages and also blocked some routes in the city center ahead of the southern bypass project that is yet to start, several stages especially those that have been staged outside the old taxi park have been relocated to Usafi park and these include the Shoprite stage, Burton stage, and the stage at Ben Kiwanuka Street.

Parliament meets transport operators 

Bus, bodaboda and Tuku Tuku operators in a meeting with Parliament's physical infrastructure committee to present their views on the Traffic and Road Safety Amendment Bill. The team of over 30 members includes stakeholders from Global Coaches, Link buses, Fort buses, United bus drivers,  automobile association, Tukutuku riders, and the bodaboda industry.
