Nonso Amadi pulls off entertaining show at Shorts Na Leesu

The Ciroc Shorts Na Leesu do was held for the 4th round at Dungu resort in Munyonyo on Saturday. This time, the anticipation was of Nigerian star, Nonso Amadi. 

Full of young partiers, the event was in high gear by 1:00 pm. Ugandans work hard to impress when it comes to fashion. The theme, Shorts Na Leesu (wrapper), was perfectly understood by almost every reveler at the event. It was indeed a fashionable event, pulling the attention of onlookers in along the way to the venue. 

All one needed was a sizeable Leesu and a can of cocktails, to have the right mood for the musical performances. The numbers were overwhelming, unlike the previous events. 

As the day went on mixes from various DJs kept the crowd in motion with mash-ups from South African contemporary music and some urban trap music, which is what resonates with the young party-goers.  

The day was later taken by the upcoming rappers who entertained the crowd till 9:00 pm. The Four 'hommies', a group of four rappers, left fans yearning for more. It felt like the show headliner, Amadi, had a lot of work to do. 

There was too much energy coupled with drinks. By the time Amadi stepped on stage, the crowd was really worked out. But they all knew what had brought them.

When Amadi chipped in with his tonight song, the crowd resurrected with screams. The night was closed by DJ Ciza's Caribbean music prowess on the decks.
