Despite being six points behind table leaders KCCA, Vipers coach Michael Ouma believes his side still has a chance of winning the StarTimes Uganda Premier League title.

“The fight is still on and we are making sure that we manage our remaining games well. We have not lost hope since they are four games to go. So anything can happen within those four games. We are going to honour our matches so that we finish among the best,” stated Ouma.

Ouma will be boosted by the return of striker Tito Okello and left back Yayo Lutimba. Okello bounces back after serving a two weeks suspension for indiscipline while Lutimba served his one-match suspension after accumulating three yellow cards.

But they will miss Dan Sserunkuma (suspension), Moses Waiswa and Halid Lwaliwa due to injuries

URA who have the best away record this season have gone eleven games unbeaten something that should worry Vipers.

“We have not performed well in our previous games but we have managed to rectify our mistakes. I believe we have prepared ourselves well to pick three points or a point since even our away record is good. Vipers will be playing under pressure since there are at home and I believe this will give us the confidence to punish them,” stated URA coach Sam Simbwa.

URA FC Goalkeeper James Alitho will be making his first return to Kitende since leaving the Venoms last season.
