CAF appoints referees for Uganda vs Tz game

Eric Otogo Castane from Gabon will be the centre referee and will be assisted by fellow countrymen Moussounda Montel.

 
CAF has appointed match officials for the 2019 AFCON qualifier between Tanzania and Uganda on March 24 at the National Stadium, Dar es Salaam.
 
Eric Otogo Castane from Gabon will be the centre referee and will be assisted by fellow countrymen Moussounda Montel and Marlaise Ditsoga as the first and second assistant referees respectively.
 
Castane was also in charge of Uganda's goalless draw with Tanzania at Namboole stadium on September 8, 2018.
 
Gabonese referee Isidore Nze will be the fourth official, while Sudanese Mamoun Bushara is the match commissioner.
 
Jason Damoo (Seychelles) and David Van Vuuren (South Africa) will be the Referees Assessor and Security Officer respectively.
 
Uganda Cranes has already qualified for the AFCON 2019 tournament that will be played in June in Egypt. They top Group L with 13 points, eight above joint second Lesotho and Tanzania. Cape Verde is bottom with four points.
 
Before Cranes travel to Dar-es-Salaam to play Tanzania, they will first have training camp in Cairo, Egypt from March 18th-22nd.
