Wakiso chairperson Bwanika appears before CID

He was interrogated over allegations of promoting sectarianism



Wakiso district chairperson Matia Lwanga Bwanika has today reported at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID)  headquarters in Kibuli  for interrogation over allegations of promoting sectarianism.

He was summoned at Kibuli CID headquarters where he arrived this afternoon with the Kampala lord mayor also his lawyer Erias Lukwago. 

He was t ushered into an office manned by the investigative officer in charge of his file Bill Ndyamuhaki.

Bwanika was accompanied  by several councilors and leaders from Wakiso district including his deputy Betty Naluyima among others.
