"We  thank the O/C CID Nakaseke who provided us with the clues for arrest of the suspected  kidnapper and we responded swiftly after planning the operation. The suspect will be produced in court as soon as our investigations are complete," said Maate.

Maate asked parents to always avoid letting their children move alone for security purposes.

"Parents should avoid letting their children move alone if they are to avoid such security threats against their children. You see this child was stolen on her way to school alone," said Maate.
