This and many other activites are the leading causes of poor hygiene among Ugandans leading to the spread of diseases such as cholera.

Early this week, as the city executive director, Jennifer Musisi, toured the city, she landed on some people who were fecting water from a drainage channel in Nsambya, Makindye division.

When the driver of the truck noticed the executive director's motorcade, he took off, leaving behind the truck and the pump.

Musisi ordered the Police to seize the generator that was being used to draw the water. She also advised people against buying drinking water from vehicles.
