ENTEBBE - Final tauches on Uganda's Entebbe Expressway are underway.
After waiting a couple of years, the Entebbe express highway has come into existance.

Uganda's first express highway will be launched Friday. The Kampala- Entebbe Express way is arguably the most beautiful piece of Uganda's growing stock of infrastructure.
It is also a major milestonein a win-winpartenership that the People's Republic of China has built with the Government of Uganda.
The high-way was funded through loan contributions from the Government.
The work plan of the Entebbe expressway
Uganda secured a $350m (over sh1.2trillion) loan from Exim bank for the project and the Government contributed $126m(sh453b).
The project that has stretched for over five years has also created employment opportunities for over 1500 Ugandans.
The Kampala-Entebbe Expressway is expected to improve the traffic flow by decongesting the current Kampala-Entebbe road by acting as a bypass and a distributor road.
