UAE Exchange announces winners of 'Send & Win' promo

Ten customers win Hisense products

KAMPALA - UAE Exchange, one of the leading money transfer and foreign exchange brands in the country, announced the winners of its promotional campaign ‘Send & Win' today. Five lucky winners were presented with Hisense LED TVs and the other five with Hisense refrigerators.

Speaking during the prize distribution ceremony, Unni Krishnan, Regional Head-Africa, UAE Exchange, said: "One of our constant efforts is to create opportunities that will empower our customers. Promotions are one of those ways which provides us that platform and augments our engagement with customers.

Excited on his win, Mr. Byamukama Ambrose, one of the ten winners, said: "This is the best New Year gift I have received till date. My family will be super excited when I surprise them with this LED TV back home."

While Mr. Bukomba Bosco Gidudu who won a refrigerator in the promotion said: "Thank you for this wonderful surprise. I have been sending money from UAE Exchange for many years now but never expected that this time when I remit, I will emerge as a winner."

The ‘Send & Win" promotion was open to all nationalities. Customers transferring money to any bank account (normal account credit or FLASHremit) or doing cash payout from any of the UAE Exchange outlets in Uganda during the promotional period were automatically eligible for the lucky draw.
