Just after finishing in respectable positions during the just concluded tenth edition of the Kakira Golf Open, Ismael Mahmood and Baker Mwanja will be joining others as they team up for this year's Rwanda Golf Open that tees off on November 15th to 18th.

The duo will be departing for Rwanda alongside fellow elite golfers in Adolf Muhumuza, Baker Mwanja and Herman Deco Mutebi and a multitude of professionals to represent Uganda at the prestigious tournament.

“We have teamed up to go and represent team Uganda in the Rwanda Open. Together success there will help us improve as players” said Mahmood.

“Our indigenous competitive nature will be tested in Rwanda against the region's best gross golfers but we shall work as a team to see to it that we challenge them,” revealed Mwanja who will be joined by the rest of the team that departs on Monday.
