Besigye tormentor Arinaitwe detained over rape

Gilbert Arinaitwe Bwana, a police officer who was plunged in the limelight after he doused Dr Kizza Besigye with pepper during Walk-to-Work campaign in 2011, has been detained on allegations that he raped a student.
