Masiko who is part of the KCCA squad that arrived to Arua on Tuesday evening ahead of the Uganda Cup final against Paidha Black Angels, feels he could be part of the first KCCA side to win a domestic double.

Charles Masiko who is affectionately referred to at the club as ‘life captain' managed to win different titles at KCCA before he retired but the double eluded him.

"Winning a double which my father didn't do already encourages me since I would have surpassed his record at KCCA. He has also been encouraging me about his," stated Masiko.

"First of all, I told him he never played in the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup which I have done," he added.

Masiko who is one the longest serving players on the current KCCA roster and is in a rich vein of form having scored four goals in five matches across all competitions.

KCCA could become only the third local club in history to win the domestic double after SC Villa and Express.
