The Cricket Cranes' steady tides in the Kenya Tour To Uganda Series does reveal something quite novel about the team; an ability to play calmly, confident and sure of themselves-that's the way to go!

They again reigned supreme over the travelling neighbours Wednesday in quite an absorbing encounter that marked the second last game of the five game Easter series winning by 6 wickets.

"I'm confident with what the boys are slowly turning into. There is a lot of belief and confidence in themselves. Everyone feels they have the responsibility of lifting Uganda keeping in mind the upcoming World Cricket League Division Three on home soil" said Steven Tikolo, Uganda National coach.

Kenya's Irfan Karim got the score board moving, opening on a half century 65 not out off 116 balls. They had surely opened in a commanding manner as another half century of 50 came from the clutches of his fellow Diren Gondoria .

Kenya's Collins Obuya and karim Irfan bating against Uganda's wicket keeper Roger Mukasa

Collins Obuya got in the mix with 37 from 48 balls as Kenya powered through to 165 in 36.5 overs before a rain interruption that saw the game stopped for almost two hours.

Deus Muhumuza and Henry Ssenyondo had earlier picked an all-important 2 wickets apiece in 6 and 3.5 overs respectively.

Resuming play, Kenya's score was revised to 185 setting a 186 target for the hosts who needed 23.1 overs to execute the job courtesy of a  highly important Shazad Kamal who contained the game with his well calculated acts on the wicket following a poor opening play from Hamu Kayondo who was out on just 2 balls.

None the less Kamal who comfortably built on Roger Mukasa's 43 off 33 balls managed to keep Kenya's seamers at bay peppering flurries of runs; 75 from 57 ball not out as Uganda took the lead to 3-0 with one game left on the card.
