All applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, be proficient in spoken and written English, and be under 30 years of age by June 2017.

The most powerful lever of change in global health is great leadership, and everyone has a role to play. Global Health Corps (GHC) is a leadership development organizati on building the next generati on of global health leaders.

GHC is recruiting diverse talent for a range of positi ons on the front lines of the health equity movement in Uganda and the USA. GHC Fellows join a diverse, impressive community of nearly 800 young leaders.

Through the one-year program and beyond, they engage in leadership trainings, professional development and mentorship opportuniti es, and become part of a global network committ ed to health equity.

In addition to their core work responsibilities, fellows receive the following benefits:
• Monthly living sti pend, housing and health insurance coverage
• Att end fi ve leadership and professional development trainings during the year including a 2-week training and orientati on at Yale University in the United States, followed by a regional mid-year retreat and exit meeti ng in East Africa (all travel is covered)
• Are provided regular opportuniti es for professional development and networking
• Engage regularly with a community of other young leaders through meeti ngs and online platf orms focused on best-practi ce sharing and support
