Joel Muhwezi was diagnosed with a hole on his heart and a leaking blood vessel at the Uganda Heart Institute Mulago.

He vomits blood, has a poor appetite and pus oozes out of his ears all the time. He also cries a lot.
Nahabwe, a sit at home mother says, together with her husband, Innocent Twinomujuni, a boda boda rider, they could not raise the sh35m needed for an operation in India.
A Good Samaritan has paid sh29.5m and the family is looking for the balance of sh6.5m.
