Omar’s complaint stems from not being awarded points from the first round

In a bid to defuse the stand-off in motocross on the matters concerning Ali Omar Yasser's first round points, the Federation of Uganda Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) has come named a committee to handle the matter.

FMU has appointed its secretary Joseph Mwangala, deputy vice president in charge of vintages Shem Ssenkatuka and Hannington Kisooka to look into the matter and come up with a solution.

"It is an administrative intervention to resolve the matter. 2 or 3 people meet to share on something. It will eventually go to the sporting commission if it is not resolved," Mwangala said.

Omar's complaint stems from not being awarded points from the first round.
