Kizza new Leader of Opposition in Parliament

Kira Municipality MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda is the new Opposition Chief Whip while veteran legislator Cecilia Ogwal becomes a Commissioner of Parliament.

Main opposition party (FDC) has appointed Kasese Woman MP Winnie Kizza as the Leader of Opposition in Parliament.
