Acting Deputy Chief Justice Byamugisha is dead

The acting Deputy Chief Justice Constance Kobusingye Byamugisha has died.

Byamugisha, a sister of the late former deputy Premier Eriya Kategaya, was a judge of the Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
