We are wondering why Kampala Central Division chairman, Godfrey Nyakana and wife Sarah Kizito, watched American R&B sensation R. Kelly in the general happiness section for a paltry sh30,000 each.

They could certainly not have been short of money. VIP cost sh125,000. The couple seemed very much in love and enjoyed themselves immensely.
