The North Karamoja army spokesperson, Lt. Caeser Olweny, on Friday said the suspects were Lokong Lopusha, Lochen Cuba and one only identified as Loyira.
The trio are suspected to have shot at a wedding convoy heading to Abim district a week ago, killing Nicholas Odeke, the son of Brig. Nakibus Lakara, a senior UPDF officer.
Olweny also identified John Achilla Lopes, who allegedly shot dead Owiny Michael, an enrolled nurse, on his way to Kotido last month.
He said the suspects would be produced before the court martial after thorough investigations by the security agencies.
Meanwhile, the Police and the army are pursuing suspected Matheniko warriors, who raided 25 head of cattle from Bukedea in Teso region.
