Kabarole to punish students

Kabarole resident district commissioner Canon Ben Rullonga has said students found loitering during school hours would be arrested

Kabarole resident district commissioner Canon Ben Rullonga has said students found loitering during school hours would be arrested, reports Emmanuel Mulondo.

This follows complaints by residents about Hillside High School and Nyakasura School students’ behaviour.

Rullonga, who said he had addressed staff and students at Nyakasura recently, said some students had threatened to kill residents, whom they accused of beating their colleague.

He advised headmasters to open up canteen facilities in their schools to stop students from getting out of school.
