The latest episode of it (we hear she has done it thrice) went down during the President’s tour of Muduma in Mpigi district. The lady told the Presidential Guard Brigade soldiers that the father of her daughter is Cranimer Kalinda (former Kampala RDC).
She dressed the little girl, whom she named Janet Kataha Museveni, in yellow garb pronouncing NRM and fourth term and set her off to go to the big man. The little girl manounvered her way to the President. What is her mother’s end game?
