Traffic jam on Jinja Road can be avoided

EDITOR—i would like to make a suggestion to the Kampala city road planners about the perennial traffic jam on jinja road at celtel house roundabout.
EDITOR—i would like to make a suggestion to the Kampala city road planners about the perennial traffic jam on jinja road at celtel house roundabout.
The road to the industrial area towards Bugolobi should be made one-way. This means vehicles from town should not cross over to Bugolobi.
Sometimes you will find one car blocking 50 vehicles from the main jinja road slopping towards the roundabout. They should instead use the turn to Ange-noir or Third Street which passes by the New Vision head office. This little plan will then make a give-way lane for traffic from the industrial area into town.
