Praise Kuubwa, who gave us the Manda Mapya hit in 2004, is back with Taste, a six-track album.

The album is a unique combination of dancehall, zouk and ragga.
Kuubwa, with his producer Moses of Lamex Studio on Lubaga Road, came up with this album, which is already causing a stir on FM radios.

The lyrics on the album hold strong messages, particularly for the youth. Taste, the most popular track, advises people to know each other well before they make a life commitment, to avoid marriage break-ups.

Muli Kabadda advises girls and women to respect their bodies and not to indulge in commercial sex.

Kuubwa’s music career started in the church choir as a teenager when he nursed dreams of stardom.
His songs were very popular in Luwafu Reformed Presbyterian Church, where he started singing in 1999.
