Great Ras!

SIR — Your cartoonist, Mr. Ras is the happiest thing that could ever happen to a newspaper. When he is on leave I become miserable and don’t want to read your paper because one can recognise his work a mile away.
SIR — Your cartoonist, Mr. Ras is the happiest thing that could ever happen to a newspaper. When he is on leave I become miserable and don’t want to read your paper because one can recognise his work a mile away. The most interesting part is that he is not only a consummate artist but a very witty philosopher and humourist. I suggest his cartoons be collected and bound into a book. I have no doubt they will someday help political scientists and historians to analyse intelligently this phase of Uganda’s political history. They tell their story eloquently.
