SIR — In Kisenyi Zone in Bwaise there is a building opposite Pimbas Secondary School.

It has been built up to the road reserve and this suggests the contractors have no approved plan. Materials have even blocked part of the road!

This building should be inspected immediately before a disaster befalls us.
