Crane Bank wants Experito Kato

Does anybody out there know who Experito Kato is and his whereabouts? Katto scooped the grand prize of a kamunye van at the Crane Bank draw earlier this month but so far he has yet to claim his prize despite repeated attempts to contact him. Now the bank has given him until noon Wednesday January 26 to claim his prize otherwise it will be redrawn.
