What happened to our scribes?

SIR — In the recently concluded CNN-Multichoice African Journalist Awards held in Nairobi, I was very surprised that not a single Ugandan journalist won any award. journalists in Kenya and Tanzania took most of the awards in different categories.
Does Uganda really have no journalist who can write an article which can impress the judging panel?
