Nyangweso made it clear Uganda will not miss the club games at the closing of a FINA level II swimming coaches and instructor’s course at Grand Imperial Hotel on Friday.“Whether there’s money or not Uganda shall attend the Commonwealth games in Manchester,” Nyangweso said.“It is an obligation for our nation to send a team to the games. It is where we meet other member states,” he told course participants.Uganda will enter teams in athletics, boxing, swimming, shooting and weightlifting. UOC’s budget for the games is sh400m.Nyangweso also took a swipe at administrators who stay in office for their own benefit and kill the sport.“The reason why sports is not progressing is due to instability caused by outsiders who want to destabilise associations,” he charged. The course in Kampala was conducted by former US national swimming coach Tony Young.ends
