By Vision Reporter High Court Judge David Wangutusi refused to try handcuffed suspects in Masindi on Monday, saying they should be free during trial. Three UPDF soldiers identified as Javira Ssentongo, Ibrahim Kazibwe and Mulindwa had been produced on two counts of aggravated robbery.
