Wakiso — Special Police Constable Francis Nyombi and a <I>boda boda</I> cyclist did not live to celebrate Uganda’s 40th independence anniversary.
Wakiso — Special Police Constable Francis Nyombi and a boda boda cyclist did not live to celebrate Uganda’s 40th independence anniversary. They were killed on Tuesday by a speeding Toyota Hiace minibus, as they proceeded to Entebbe. Nyombi, who is attached to Entebbe police Station, was enroute to the Works grounds where the independence celebrations were to be held.
