Police hold

GULU - The police are holding an LDU man, David Olal, for allegedly raping a woman of Parabongo displaced people's camp in Lamogi sub-county. The District Police Commander, Alfred Bitwire, recently told The New Vision that rape cases had increased in the district. He said Olal would appear in court. ends
