Judge warns prison boss

KAMPALA - Justice Emmanuel Ssempa Lugayizi on Friday threatened to imprison the Luzira Assistant Commissioner of Prisons in-charge of transport, Mr J Okello, if he did not stop sending remand prisoners late to court.
