KAMPALA - Kampala-based Miracle Centre Cathedral Rubaga senior pastor Robert Kayanja on Sunday (August 4, 2024) concluded the week-long Mission Berlin 2024 emphasising deliverance of the people from evil afflictions.

The founder of the Robert Kayanja Ministries, accompanied by his wife, Pastor Jessica Kayanja, among other senior ministers at the church, prayed and rebuked evil afflictions while reclaiming the freedom and salvation Jesus Christ grants to those who believe.

Miracle Centre Cathedral and its partners fully funded the conference from July 29 to August 4, 2024, at Estrel Congress Centre (ECC) in Berlin, Germany.

He regretted the devils’ relentless attacks on the institution of marriage and family not only Europe but across the world.

Shortly after praying for a Germany couple that lived over 300km from Berlin and were on the verge of divorcing due to marital contradictions, the pastor highlighted: “Revival begins from the heart, it goes to the family, it goes to the Church, it goes to the nation.”

Kayanja offered to cater for all the hotel bills for the couple for a week to facilitate the rejuvenation of intimate love.

“This is the first day of the Berlin Mission, by the time we reach Sunday, your life will never be the same again. The devil will never bother your family again, you will be the greatest couple in Germany,” he said.

He invited his wife (Jessica Kayanja) to pray for the couple and families across Europe and beyond. Several individuals who graced the conference gave the glory back to God for the healing mercies witnessed.

“What has begun in Germany is about to spill over. God’s method overflows exceedingly abundantly more than we can expect. Anticipate this overflow spreading throughout the rest of Europe. God is about to put a new roof over Germany. Revival is here. He is coming again, and he will visit every house, whether you are a believer or not,” he said

He declared that the next revival mission for the entire Europe will be hosted at Munich Stadium.

In his article published in New Vision on July 31, 2024, Pastor Kayanja said his resolution to take the gospel to Berlin was spiritual and deeply linked to Africa’s renaissance.

“The power that divided Africa and set us back was in Berlin, and it was a spiritual power. It caused civil wars, diseases, conflict, corruption and the siphoning off of Africa’s wealth and resources overseas to benefit selfish individuals. This has been the unfortunate story of many African countries,” Kayanja wrote.

He added; “Therefore, returning to Berlin with the preaching of the gospel, love, forgiveness and the anointing to crush that spirit in Berlin will cause an African renaissance. By the grace of God, we have sponsored the entire mission. Just as the Berlin Wall fell and there was a reunification of Germany, and just like the Wall of Jericho in Joshua 6:20 in Canaan, the invisible walls between Africans will fall by the power of God. That is how you destroy the head of the serpent.”

In the New Vision article, Kayanja exhausted five grounds: Political, social-economic and religious in narture to explain the gospel mission.

“Therefore, we must find answers to the five questions I have raised. Please join us in prayer and giving as we embark on this divine mission to Berlin, Germany.

Just as the Berlin Wall fell and there was a reunification of Germany, and just like the Wall of Jericho in Joshua 6:20 in Canaan, the invisible walls between Africans will fall by the power of God. That is how you destroy the head of the serpent,” wrote Kayanja.

According to Kayanja, Africa, unlike other continents, has never explored other lands for discoveries and that this should come to an end.

“The explorers we know like Christopher Columbus are from other continents. Apart from the slaves who were forcibly taken to the West, Africans have predominantly gone to the West as economic or political refugees. This has to stop,” he said.

Kayanja cited that the Israelites took themselves to Egypt and ended up in bondage for 430 years after their forefathers went to Egypt looking food.

“It took Moses having an encounter with God on Mount Sinai to get them out of bondage. You cannot achieve certain things unless you are in a particular place of negotiation,” Kayanja said emphasing the need for increased role for Africa on the global stage in not only gospel matters, but also trade, diplomacy and politics.

He stressed: “On the world map, Africa is right down in the centre. Why have we exempted ourselves from global decision-making? Why don't we build a super highway from Mombasa to Lagos and from Cairo to Johannesburg? These issues have persisted for too long, and God has revealed to me that we have been dealing with the tail and not the head. I have made this observation that could help us get onto the same page.”

“Why does poverty persist in Africa, yet we were the first to be civilised? The first World Bank was formed in the times of Joseph and Pharaoh when all the money ended up in Egypt because people travelled to Egypt from all countries to buy food (Genesis 41:57),” he said.
