Rapper Fik Fameica has been confirmed to be one of the 10 African artistes set to feature on multi award-winning American rapper and entrepreneur Rick Ross’ upcoming African album.

The was during an Instagram Live session on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, with Brett Berish, the CEO of Belaire, a wine brand heavily invested in music globally.

Responding to Berish, he gave the assurance that he is ready to deliver a hit song for the album.

“It is interesting. Personally, I would love to be part of that project and I am super excited about it,” Fameica, real name Shafik Walukagga, said.

Berish highlighted that he needed a Ugandan on the album and couldn’t think of anyone better than the Pistol hitmaker.

Fameica also suggested to Berish that Grammy nominee Eddy Kenzo would be the other artistes he would love to see featured on the album because he has the talent and is doing great (musically) right now.
