After taking a break to attend to state duties, President Yoweri Museveni resumed his campaign trail on Saturday (October 11) by holding a rally in Nebbi district in West Nile sub-region, before proceeding to Zombo district. He had already begun his West Nile tour in Pakwach, before easing off to attend to other state responsibilities.
In Nebbi, the First Lady and the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni, accompanied the president. The event was also attended by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa, and other government officials.
