All the preparations of the last month will all boil down to 80 minutes at Kings Park Arena as Uganda takes on Zambia in the Victoria Cup at Kings Park Arena Bweyogere.

The Rugby Cranes have been hard at work and will look to set the tone for what should be a competitive masterpiece when the two teams take to the pitch.

Coach Fred Mudoola is looking to put together a match-winning performance and has chosen quite the squad for the task.

“We have to do our best, for me if performances are okay and we have done our best, the results will then show. Of course, we want to win without a doubt but I want to make sure we stick to our process, systems, and goals so that we get where we want to go,” explained Mudoola.

The squad is solid with sizeable experience but they have the dynamism that could hurt anyone. He has given debuts to Timothy Kisiga and Walukuba Barbarian youngster Shakim Ssembusi.

Zambia who jetted into the country on Thursday is looking forward to challenging the Cranes and there will be no better day than Saturday to accomplish such a feat.

“We are looking forward to a big game and a fantastic game. Our supporters online and here in Uganda come out and watch us,” said Zambia Captain Ali Bhika.

Santoz Senteza, Faragi Odugo, Collin Kimbowa, Uhuru Charles, Eliphaz Emong, Byron Oketayot, Joaquim Chisano, Mark Omoding, Conrad Wanyama, Ivan Magomu, Jacob Ocen, Eric Mulamula, Micheal Wokorach, Shakim Ssembusi, Timothy Kisiga.
