Motocross fans will miss all the whips and rivalry between Stav Orland and Fortune Sentamu during the FIM Motocross of African Nations that starts on August 20 to 21 at Garuga

This follows an official communication from the team manager and mother of the racers Evas Orland notifying the motocross fraternity that the boys will not be racing.

In a communication released Wednesday evening, she said, “To our country, fellow riders and our esteemed supporters. The Orland brothers shall not participate in the upcoming MXOAN due to earlier commitments for this season,” the notice read.

“The merge between MAU and FMU came two weeks prior to the event and we already had committed the team for other activities that we must prepare for/take part in and are too close to this event. So, we shall not be able to participate in the MXOAN,” she added.

“Therefore, we are wishing team Uganda all the best and we shall keep supporting our country in the upcoming races.”

This leaves Fortune Sentamu and Wazir Omar as the only tough boy to battle the foreign racers at Garuga in the MX2 class.
