The fifth round of the National Rally Championship (NRC) is set to unfold in Fort Portal and Kyenjojo from August 22–24, 2024, and it’s shaping up to be a pivotal showdown.

With the top three crews separated by fewer than 20 points, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The rally kicks off with scrutineering and a ceremonial start at Kalya Courts Hotel on Friday. Saturday’s stages include the high-speed Henry Maseruka Stage (17.3 km), the technical Worldwide Movers Stage (15.74 km), and a thrilling Super Special Stagein Kyenjojo town on a newly designed double track.

Sunday’s action features the picturesque Mukwano Karmali Stage (15.21 km), the demanding Mpanga Stage (15.21 km), and the fan-favourite Harugongo Stage (12.82 km), which wraps up behind the Kyakaigo Race Track.

Expect fierce battles, strategic brilliance, and potential shake-ups in the championship standings. Want help crafting a preview for one of the top contenders or a fan guide for the weekend? I’m all revved up.
