Mande wins Kilelesi Golf event in Namulonge

The teenager, a senior five student at Namulonge Senior Secondary School, shot a brilliant round of two-over 69 to finish the day tied at two-under net with fellow amateurs Mark Namanya and Walter Tukahirwa.
