Jas Mangat sends early warning for NRC title with Mbarara City rally triumph
The event that was cleared to happen on the last hour due to issues at the local motorsport governing body FMU, saw 10 drivers including Duncan Mubiru, Yasin Nasser, Gilbert Balondemu, Baylon Rugomoka, Peter Kalule, Ahmed Ssenyonjo, Unisan Bakunda, Brian Kavuma, Omar Bobo and Mike Mukula Jr fail to make it to Mbarara but only 17 of the 39 cars managed to complete the rally.
