Gulu 7s: Rams set sights on Buffaloes after another Pirates upset
After stunning big guns Stanbic Black Pirates and Platinum Credit Heathens to win the previous 7s circuit, the Kyadondo 7s, the Makerere-based side repeated the feat on Saturday, August 29.

Lifeguard Rams continue building their foundation toward becoming a force in Uganda's sevens rugby.
After stunning big guns Stanbic Black Pirates and Platinum Credit Heathens to win the previous 7s circuit, the Kyadondo 7s, the Makerere-based side repeated the feat on Saturday, August 29.
Rams beat Pirates 21-19 in the final game of the group stages of the Lawii Rwodi 7s circuit at Gulu University Ground.
To further prove that they are a power in the making, Rams beat Rhinos 29-5 in another group game but lost 19-29 to Kampani Eagles.
Coach Jude Rwakayange is optimistic that his charges will deliver results.

To further prove that they are a power in the making, Rams beat Rhinos 29-5 in another group game but lost 19-29 to Kampani Eagles.
Coach Jude Rwakayange is optimistic that his charges will deliver results.
“Today was a tough day. The weather is hot, but the boys beating Pirates again gives them morale that they can do it again, and we are taking each game as final,” he said.
In the other quarter-final games, KCB Kobs face Plascon Mongers, Heathens play Kampani Eagles, while Stanbic Black Pirates take on Jinja Hippos in the opening match of the day.
In the women's category, Nile Rapids face Black Pearls, She Wolves take on Ewes, Walukuba Titans play Mbale She Wolves, while Thunderbirds face traditional fierce rivals Avengers in a game that promises to be physical and gruelling.
