Arnold Vula scored a stunning header in first-half stoppage time to earn Uganda Cranes a hard-fought victory over Libya at Hoima City Stadium.
The defender rose highest to meet a well-delivered cross in the 45+2 minute, sending the home crowd into raptures and securing the Cranes' first-ever win at the newly constructed venue.
The result lifts Uganda to the top of the group with four points from two matches, following their opening draw.
